- Account information — your name, email address, and password (stored hashed).
- Event and guest data — event details, guest lists, RSVPs, registry items, and any preferences (such as dietary needs) you or your guests provide.
- Usage data — technical information such as log data and device/browser details, used to operate and secure the Service.
- Payment information — payments are processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store your full card details; we retain only a customer/subscription reference from Stripe.
2. How we use your information
- to provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
- to send transactional email (verification, invitations, RSVPs, reminders, receipts);
- to process payments and manage subscriptions;
- to respond to support requests;
- to detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues.
3. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Service, under appropriate obligations:
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription management;
- Supabase — application hosting and database;
- Resend — sending transactional email;
- Google Maps — address lookup and location features;
- Sentry — error monitoring and diagnostics.
We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
4. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can delete your account at any time, which removes associated data as described below.
