Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for I Can Plan It. It should be read together with our Terms of Service. All amounts are in Australian dollars (AUD).
1. Unlimited subscription
The Unlimited plan is a monthly subscription that renews automatically. You can cancel at any time and will keep access until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for the unused portion of a billing period, except where required by law.
2. One-time event upgrades (Pro and Premium)
Pro and Premium upgrades are one-time charges that unlock higher limits on a specific event. Because the upgrade takes effect immediately, these payments are generally non-refundable once applied, except at our discretion or where required by law.
3. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. If there is a major failure with the Service, you may be entitled to a refund or other remedy. If the failure is minor, we may choose to resolve it by other reasonable means.
4. How to cancel
You can cancel your subscription anytime from Billing → "Manage Subscription", which opens the secure Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the current period ends.
5. How to request a refund
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, or were charged in error, email us at support@icanplanit.com with your account email and details of the charge. We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe.
